Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: Our designs are printed on Alternative Apparel and American Apparel shirts.

Q: I can't find my size in a particular item! What should I do?
A: Because our items are made by hand in small amounts, we might not have all sizes available at a given time. If your preferred size is not available, email us from the "contact" page on this site to let us know what you need; we'll let you know when we can have it ready for you.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Approximate cost for domestic shipping is $4.95 for one item, add $1.00 for each additional item. For international orders, please contact us.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We process all orders within 1-2 business days, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your order 2-3 business days after it is processed.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We only accept returns/exchanges on unworn, unwashed items. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for information on where to send your return.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Q: How secure is this store?
A: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential informations in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
A: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. At the log in page for PayPal there is a link on the left side for users without PayPal accounts.
